Stretch Flow with Lisa Gibson

A forty-five-minute yoga-based class designed to stretch major muscle groups and improve joint and spinal mobility. Through the use of breath-centered movement, class participants will see increased muscle flexibility and improved joint mobility and an increase in core stability. Both static- and movement-based stretches are designed to facilitate and improve muscle movement, flexibility and reactivity, while increasing fluidity of movement in the joints.
