Andrew is a certified professional instructor and Dancesport (competitive Ballroom dance) adjudicator. Although he is especially good at teaching beginners how to dance, he has propelled several partnerships to national titles in the International Latin, Standard, and American Smooth divisions. As a former competitor, he is a 3-time U.S. Professional National Ten Dance finalist, U.S. Amateur National Ten Dance Champion and U.S. representative to the World Games. Andrew’s proven instructional approach is a combination of progressive skill-based development, technical principles, and expression/feeling for dance based on his background as a Salsero (both the New York (Salsa On 2) and LA styles).
