Here at the Delaware House, Lisa teaches a Morning Stretch Flow Class, a Morning Pilates Group Class and is available for private sessions of personal training tailored to your needs. Lisa believes that maintaining mobility throughout a lifetime is fundamental to good health. The movement does not have to be perfect or beautiful, it is just important to keep the body moving and, if possible, to have fun in the process. Lisa enjoys working with populations that feel challenged: the aging, sedentary, post rehab and obese clients.
