Kari Foote teaches restorative, gentle, hatha-based yoga classes that allow students to come together in support while having their individual needs met. All are welcome. She is experienced in accommodating a diversity of students, and offers a class where all people from the first-time student to the experienced yogi can come together for a gentle practice.
In 2018, she became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a focus on Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). In addition, she set out to learn everything she could about bringing yoga to special populations, at-risk people, and those in the middle of or recovering from their battles with cancer. Since her first certification, she has completed Next Generation Disabilities and Differences Yoga Certification and Yoga 4 Cancer Certification. As a Master’s prepared nurse, Kari brings a keen eye that allows her to better serve her yoga students.
