This isn’t your typical meditative movement class! Meditative movement  is a fun class where we connect with mind body and spirit to bring freedom via MOVEMENT. Don’t expect all movement to be very slow in this class because we also like to take it up a notch by exploring all different kinds of movement, such as, modern, hip hop, and even Afro movement. The objective of this class is for people to become ONE with their mind, body, and spirit so that they can bring freedom to themselves which will exude to all areas of their life!
