Jen is certified as a personal trainer through ACE with over 18 years of experience. She also has been a certified Pilates Instructor with PMA for over 12 years. Jen believes that each person is unique and focuses her training sessions on working the body from the smaller inside muscles outward. She will work with you using your own body weight, add in necessary equipment and discuss your daily nutrition needs. But, don’t worry, Jen has a way of making your total body goals fun as well as productive.
