This is level 1 & 2 Integrated Hatha Yoga. While it is suitable for the novice, it offers a reasonable challenge for the experienced yogi. The class will be based on, but not limited to, Hatha yoga. The broad focus is to clear energetic blockages, create a healing environment within the mind and body and also to create a higher awareness of self both physically and spiritually. This series will take you through a six week module that will include a progressive yet wholistic approach to your practice both on and off the mat. The class will begin with a 50min. asana practice and end w 20min. Yoga Nidra. (guided meditation)$100/session$20/drop in -drop ins are not encouraged as this is a progressive six week series. I will accept them when space allows. Please contact Laura directly as the online app will not allow drop ins.
