Movement Classes

The Delaware House has a variety of movement/exercise classes to keep you connected to a community of like-minded people and motivated towards your fitness goals. Amanda Nelson teaches Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Steven Antonson teaches Capoeira on Saturday mornings, and Jenna Ryan teaches Fire and Flow Dance Fitness on Sundays at noon.
