This class is designed for the student who would like to learn or improve their understanding of body alignment through yoga asanas. Our practice will include standing poses, simple backbends, twists, forward folds, supine postures and the fundamentals of inversions (shoulder stand), as well as breathing techniques and beginning meditation. Please bring three large blankets (Mexican-style or equivalent) to class with you.
