This class is held on Tuesdays from 6pm until 7pm. Drop In cost is $15.00. A 6 class package costs $78.00 and the class card never expires and may be used at any class taught by Raj Inder. Feel free to contact Raj ahead of time or you can just show up to give this class a try. If you are a first time student, arrive a little early for paperwork.
Kundalina Yoga is known as “the Yoga of Awareness.” It works to quickly give you grace, balance, and the ability to remain calm and centered through any challenges life may throw your way. In each class, we do Kriyas (sets of exercises) which include Asana (postures), Pranayam (breathing techniques), Mudra (hand postures) and Mantra. Every class also includes a deep relaxation followed by a meditation. These teachings are designed to give you a “hands on” experience of your highest consciousness. By approaching Kundalina Yoga with openness and respect, you can use it to create positive changes in your life. Kundalina Yoga meets you where you are; no previous experience is required, all levels are welcome.
