Ashley Smith is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM who initially discovered her passion for fitness through running. Today, Ashley shares her expertise on ways to build muscle and burn fat here at the Delaware House. Ashley does one-on-one personal training in our state-of-the-art private studio.
She uses a variety of body weight exercises as well as unique equipment like the Cali Lift Glute Builder to help her clients achieve their goals. Ashley is always focused during her training sessions, correcting her clients form and slowly increasing the difficulty of each person’s program weekly.
